Everest License and Maintenance Expiration

Overview

This article describes what happens after an Everest license expires and the organization's maintenance support runs out.

Information

Organizations without an active Maintenance subscription will be automatically inactivated from the Support Portal and users from the organization will no longer be able to raise support tickets.

Customers with expired licenses will also not be able to login to Everest.
