Creating custom pop-up dialogs

Overview

This article provides important information for customers looking to create custom pop-up dialogs in the Everest client based on specific user-defined triggers.

Example scenario:

If a customer is On-hold and a user attempts to save changes from the customer browser, the Everest client triggers a confirmation pop-up dialog that says, "Customer on hold, Proceed?", forcing user interaction for the confirmation with a 'Yes' or 'No' to either save or discard the changes.

Information

This requirement is a customization request that can be addressed by building an Everest Add-in application leveraging Everest Client Event Hooks.

Customization requests are handled by Professional Services hence customers should submit a support request that will be escalated to the PS team.

You can review the attached Everest Add-in Developer Guide for more information on building Add-in applications.
