Application error: Exception EEverestClientError

Overview

This article describes the solution when users are unable to login to Everest due to the following Everest client application error:

Exception EEverestClientError in module Everest.exe at 02752D5C. The Specified module could not be found. ClassID:

 

Solution

The above error is resolved by running the repair client installer which repairs a corrupted client installation.

 

Testing

The Everest client should launch and permit an authenticated user to successfully login without any application errors or exceptions.
