Overview

• Affected versions: Everest 7.4.5
• Requirements: Administrator access to the Everest server

Resolution

1. Check Everest/OS compatibility according to release notes.
2. Set DisableMsi policy to 0 (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer).

Validation

Everest will install without any issues.
